TARCZYNSKI SA is one of the leading producers of cold meat products in Poland. Our company is known not only for excellent Kabanosy, but also for production of cold cuts which bring back the best Old Polish traditions, such as the “Oak Tradition”, or “Cold Cuts from a Cauldron”, we ceaselessly seek new recipes and inspirations, resulting in such lines of products as “Flavours of the World”, “Monastic Cold Cuts”, or “Ostrich Cold Cuts”. An important element of the company’s portfolio are Meat Preparations in Jars – flavour-rich lards, spreads, delicacies and meats, which are the basis of Old Polish cuisine dishes. The company has been established in 1990 by Elzbieta and Jacek Tarczynski, who in 2007 transferred production facilities to Ujezdziec Maly near Trzebnica, creating one of the most modern facilities of this sort in Europe. Thanks to a modern technological park, we guarantee constant maintenance of high-quality products, and innovativeness in the scope of product offer. Bordering on the Landscape Park of the Barycz River Valley, the company observes restrictive norms of environmental protection. Currently, the company has implemented a certified Integrated Management System, in accordance with requirements of the following norms: PN-EN ISO 9001:2009, PN-N 18001:2004, IFS and BRC (HCCP).
